DALI’S INDOOR PARK (DIP) — FACILITY RULES

⚠️ SAFETY FIRST! ALL RIDERS & SPECTATORS MUST OBEY THESE RULES.

1. PARK ZONING

• Park Zone: STRICTLY FOR ACTIVE RIDERS ONLY.

• Spectators & Non-Riders: Please remain in the lobby, lounge seating, or the party area.

• Restricted Areas: Do not enter or bypass physical boundaries, including the wooden gate by the Kid Zone or the rear black curtain.

2. CHECK-IN & WAIVERS (REQUIRED)

• Mandatory Waiver: A valid SmartWaiver must be completed before entering active riding zones—every rider, every visit.
  

• Minors (Under 18): Requires the signature of a parent or legal guardian.

• Mandatory Supervision (Age 12 & Under): All participants aged 12 and under must have a parent or adult guardian remaining on-site in the lobby or viewing area at all times. Drop-offs are strictly prohibited.

3. REQUIRED GEAR

• Helmets: STRICTLY MANDATORY FOR ALL RIDERS (all sports, all sessions).

• Helmet Use: Helmets must stay on, fastened, and secured at all times while inside the park zone.

• Footwear: Closed-toe athletic shoes must be worn at all times. No sandals, crocs, or bare feet.

4. SAFE RIDING & REMOVAL POLICY

• Safety Warning: Staff will issue a safety warning for reckless riding or behavior that violates park etiquette.

• Ejection Policy: If unsafe riding continues after a warning, DIP reserves the absolute right to remove the rider from the facility immediately without a refund or credit. Safety comes first.

5. FOOD, DRINK & CLEANLINESS

• Outside Food: Allowed for scheduled PARTIES ONLY, restricted entirely to the designated party area.

• Snacks: Drink and snack vending machines are available in the main lobby.

• Restrictions: No food or open drinks are permitted past the active park threshold.

• Clean Up: All riders, guests, and spectators must clean up after themselves. Dispose of all trash, bottles, and food wrappers in the provided recycling and waste bins.

• NY Bottle Deposit: Place all empty vending machine cans and plastic bottles into the designated NY 5¢ Returnable recycling bins only. Do not throw deposit items in the general trash.

6. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

• Intoxication: Absolute zero tolerance for alcohol or drugs of any kind on the premises or in the parking lot.

• Conduct: Verbal abuse, disrespect toward staff, bullying, aggressive behavior, or property vandalism will result in an immediate, permanent ban.

• Booking: Booking of parties can be done up to 3 months in advance. *Founders Party Package is 3 days.

• Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your party slot. Add-ons may be added in person or booked in advance. We suggest booking the add-ons in advance.

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A $60 non-refundable security deposit is included in your full payment. If you cancel your event, this $60 deposit will be retained to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

• Cancelling Window: To receive a refund for the remaining balance, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled party date. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed and scheduled back to your card within 24 to 48 hours after the cancellation has been finalized.

• Minor Participation: A parent or legal guardian must sign and complete all liability waivers on behalf of all participating minors. A valid photo ID is required for proper verification and staff review prior to any rider entering the park floor.

• Code of Conduct: Safety is our absolute priority. Riders must practice safe riding habits at all times. Take turns, be respectful and remain mindful of others around you.

• Right of Removal: We reserve the strict right to remove individuals from the park and even the shop lounge for unsafe and/or disrespectful.

• Substance Policy: Absolutely NO drug (including vaping) or alcohol use is permitted anywhere inside our establishment.

• Media Release: All photo, video, or audio recordings made on the premises may be used at any time on social media channels for marketing purposes without financial compensation to you.

• Assumption of Risk: By signing the waiver, you agree that you and/or your minors enters the facility and use our custom ramps at your own risk.

• Facility Cleanliness: Help us keep the facility safe and clean. Please clean up after yourselves and utilize the appropriate disposal bins.

• Drop-Off Policy (Not a Daycare): This facility is NOT a daycare or supervised childcare service. Children aged 12 and under require constant, direct adult supervision. Minors in this age group may not be dropped off or left unattended anywhere inside the facility at any time.
